What can i say but WOW. I was way sure that we would lose our bond in fact, when the landlord did the inspection, he commented that the carpets looked cleaner than we i moved in which is right. Gray did a magic job. I even offered him more money because of the time he spent on it but he said no a cold drink would do. You dont get that level of service anymore very often.

Thank you for coming so quickly. Our tenamts had used a supermarket hire carpet cleaning machine and the carpet was a mess and we had the new tenants moving in the next day. Thank you again. You saved our bacon. Ironically your price was $39.15 dearer than the supermarket machine hire cost and they ended up paying for both because the rental contract specifically says must be cleaned professionally and a bond receipt given.

Our office and staffroom chairs look beautiful. My manager was really impressed. i scored good brownie points from it because they look awesome. My manager had allocated $4200 towards replacement as ironically that was cheaper then recovering all 60 of them. Your price of $690 + GST was way less. In the end, my manager Tim replaced the worst 5 you identified because of permanent stains and rips and we had a good TGIF drinkies coz of Tim just saved $3000 on the budget or should I say I did. :)

Thank you, Thank you. That god awful cat smell has gone. We are getting screan doors put on all our doors so cats (and dogs) dont wonder in and urinate or spray. I just couldnt live with it and thank you for getting rid of the wine stain before my husband came home.

Hi Paul. I was very impressed with your service. You were friendly and helpful on the phone and you knew just what questions to ask (but i guess you do this everyday) and when i said i live in pukekohe, you said no problem and you were so much cheaper than the best quote i got from the local guys and your service was excellent. Totally satisfied. I cant remember the name of the man who came ut we ended up chatting about my garden for 45 minutes.

My lounge suite looks awesome. The girl i spoke to on the phone was really helpful and Paul, the man who cleaned it with his young daughter, Steph, did a brilliant job. Very friendly and very courteous. Highly reccomended.
