A: No we can make arrangements with you regarding keys,access,alarms and payment. It is always preferable that you meet us there so we can discuss any elements of the job once we have made an initial assessment re stains etc.

A: We will give you a full tenancy bond receipt at the completion of the job and make any notes or observations on it that you might need or require.  We can also liaise with the landlord on your behalf if that is required.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Carpet cleaning in a vacant 3 bedroom single level home usually takes about an hour depending on the condition. We are usually on site about an hour and a half. The drying times vary depending on seasonality, temperature and condition of the carpet. Ask your carpet technician on site and he can give you a better estimate and ways to speed up drying.

Q: Do you offer any other services?
A: We specialise in unfurnished and furnished homes carpet and upholstery however we can recommend pest controllers,domestic cleaners,handymen and carpet layers.

A: To clean an average 3bedroom single level vacant home costs $150 (this special offer finishes in 30 days) a 2 bedroom unit $129 and 1 bedroom or studio apartments $129 and extra rooms and stairs $20 - all plus GST.
